# Family 125: facility review gains a separate ordinary assignment model

The [latest dossier](../../../../opportunities/011-facility-placement-planner/2026-10-09-v5.md) retains the strict source threshold/recovery distinctions and defers the new approximation engine. A separate conventional weighted/rectangular assignment audit now checks capacities and required sites, with 7,952 new controls and eleven generated reports. These broader inputs receive no family-125 theorem guarantee.
